Nothing much to say about the print meeja, apart from Simon Schama joining the FT as contributing editor. He will be writing occasionally in the Weekend edition. If the powers that be at Southwark Bridge were so minded, they could advertise when Schama was being published and would garner considerable additional sales. He is a bit of a peacock but worth reading. Can't really justify routinely adding the FT to the Times and the Guardian as Saturday purchases but may make an exception.
Still waiting for the entire executive branch at the Telegraph to be hauled off to jail for criminal damage and impersonating media executives. It'll happen one day. Their odious underlings should not trouble the public purse and ought just to be shot, and their families sent bills for the ammo.
