Quite a lot of voters are simpletons with the memory span of a goldfish. Remember Karl Rove's wise words: "You can fool some of the people all the time, and they're the ones we need to focus on".

Yes, I was musing on that Rove-ism the other day. A moment of breath-taking clarity but also very funny.
ReplyDeleteBalls has been on the radio again this morning saying that education spending will rise, but they also played a clip of Cameron warning of riots on the streets. This is turning into a game in which everyone loses credibility.
